We are thrilled to be welcoming our friends, colleagues, brothers and sisters from the Pacific to our lands. It has taken us a number of years to progress to the point where we have the organizational capacity to host this Conference, and now that our time has come, we look forward to hosting you with all the grace we've been shown at past conferences in Australia, Hawaii, and Aotearoa.

PRIDoC 2010 will again give us the opportunity to share our stories, to build our knowledge and skills to provide leadership in Indigenous health, to network, to be with old friends, to form new friendships, and to be mentored by a leading group of clinicians, researchers, and medical educators.

We wish you all safe travels and look forward to seeing you in the mountains of Whistler in August.
